The first time I had a Pitaya (Dragon fruit) Bowl was when I travelled in Southeast Asia. I immediately fell in love with the fruit. It was love at first sight and bite. The fruit is not only unique and beautiful but also taste freakishly amazing. It is sweet (but not as sweet as other tropical fruits) and taste like a cross between a kiwi fruit and a pear.

Dragon fruit is a tropical fruit rich in antioxidants, low in calories, and contains high amounts of vitamin C, fibre, and magnesium.

Ingredients:

1/2 red dragon fruit

2 frozen banana

1/2 passionfruit

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 tsp pitaya powder

1/4 cup coconut water
