A cold freshly made juice? Can’t beat that 😉 We’ve been trying to drink a juice everyday to stay healthy during this crazy period. We don’t replace meals with juices, it’s just a way for us to boost our nutrients as we are not the best at keeping up with our fruits and vegetables in our diets.

1 large cucumber
1 big or 2 small beets
ginger – about 2 inches
handful of spinach
1 carrot
1 apple
4 celery stalks
juice of 1/2 a lemon
