Hi there! My name is Anna. I’ve created this blog to share some simple recipes with you guys.
To say I have an obsession with food is an understatement. I feel so privileged to have such an abundance of foods I can choose from.
My food philosophy is you should fuel your body with foods that make me feel good inside and out, for your body and mind. You should always listen to your body and give it what it needs. I believe in living a balanced lifestyle. I think too much of anything isn’t good. Everything is good in moderation. Balance is key.
Every meal should be an indulgence. Eat slowly, happily, and mindfully.
