Ingredients:
2 tbsp salted butter, melted
2/3 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup 2% milk
4 large eggs
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Toppings:
Coconut whipped cream
Pure maple syrup
Strawberries
Cherries
Golden berries
Blueberries
Raw bee pollen
Coconut flakes
Hemp seeds
How to make:
1.Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a 10 inch cast iron skillet with butter (bottom and sides) and let it preheat in the oven for 10 minutes on the middle rack.
2. In a blender, combine flour, milk, eggs, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend for 1 minute or until there are no clumps left.
3. Take the hot skillet out of the oven and pour batter in. Place the skillet back in the oven and bake for 20 – 22 minutes, or until it is fully puffed and edges are browned. *Do not open the oven at all during the baking process as it may cause your Dutch baby to deflate.
4. Remove your Dutch baby from the oven and top with toppings. Go wild!
